Terms & Conditions – rich99

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and rich99 ("rich99," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the rich99 online gaming platform available at https://rich99.vip and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and rich99.

To register and use the rich99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of rich99, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by rich99 or any regulatory authority.

To access the full features of the rich99 Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active rich99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rich99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: rich99 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or other account actions.

rich99 accepts deposits through the following payment methods, which are available to Philippine-based players:

• GCash (e-wallet)
• PayMaya / Maya (e-wallet)
• Philippine bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Debit card (issued by a Philippine bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. rich99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which rich99 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

rich99 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit card. These payment methods are not supported on the Platform in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Verification Requirement: Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed. rich99 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal.
• Matched Payment Method: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name. rich99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Wagering Completion: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be requested. Attempting to withdraw funds while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Withdrawal Limits: rich99 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in your account settings and may be updated from time to time with prior notice.

rich99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of fraud checks, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) reviews, or identity verification procedures. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to such a review.

rich99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. rich99 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus offers may be excluded from future promotions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated free spins or credits expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account without notice.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely from bonus play. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: rich99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

All games available on the rich99 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

rich99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by rich99 or any third party. Live dealer games are streamed from verified studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as administered by the live dealer.

• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, rich99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
• Disconnection: rich99 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game's standard rules.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. rich99 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Void Bets: rich99 reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably believes was placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or in violation of these Terms.

rich99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible during the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rich99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rich99 staff or other players.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to rich99 at any time.

All content on the rich99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of rich99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from rich99.
• Use the rich99 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of rich99's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rich99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your gaming activity.
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond rich99's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform.

rich99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude rich99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

rich99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the player is subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• At the player's own request.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting rich99 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days.

rich99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rich99 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required to operate the Platform lawfully and in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations, including PAGCOR requirements and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations.

rich99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rich99 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and rich99, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. rich99 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to the applicable dispute resolution processes of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) where the matter falls within PAGCOR's regulatory remit.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
